These Terms of Use apply to this website operated by JAMAL BUILDING CONTRACTING, a Sole Establishment registered in Ajman under trade licence 6533 (“JAMAL”, “we”, “us”). The website provides information for prospective clients and business contacts.

Content is provided for general business information. It is not a quotation, binding offer, engineering design, professional advice or commitment to accept a project. We take reasonable care with the information but it may change, and we do not guarantee that every item is complete or current.

Our registered activity is All Kind Building Projects Contracting. The services available for a particular project depend on the agreed scope, applicable approvals, contractor classification and contract terms.

2. Project enquiries and appointments

Sending an enquiry or discussing a project does not create a construction contract or reserve capacity. Scope, price, programme, responsibilities, payment terms, warranties and other project conditions must be set out in a separate agreement between the parties. These website terms do not replace or amend that agreement.

3. Appropriate use

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the content in a misleading way.

4. Content and images

The JAMAL name, logo and website materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate business purposes.

Architectural images are provided for illustration. They do not represent completed JAMAL projects, named clients, specified products or contractual deliverables.
